Halloween!!!!!!

Ooooooooh!!!!! Scary costumes and sacks full of lollies. Jesse's school held a disco dance and the theme was Scary Costume. And of course Jesse never told me this until the last minute on the day of the dance. So I had to whip up a scary costume in less then an hour. Our mad rush here and there to gather costume articles wasn't done for nothing, Jesse won best dressed!!!!!!

Tuesday was the real Halloween and the kids dressed up and went TRICK or TREATING...

The neat little community that we live in had all there kids dressed up and out searching for treats. The night went well until young pranksters egged the old ladies house that wasn't participating in the festivity. And the police were called in to investigate. All was well in the end. We all celebrated at the end of the quest for the most lollies with a witch pinata. Lollies galore!!!

The Big Dance Date

Being single can only lead to the most mysterious events such as A BLIND DATE!!!! Ooooh!!!
Well I went on one the other night. To my big surprise , yeah sure, it didn't work out. We went Latain Dancing. Now the dancing part was alright, I might even go back next week. But the man, um... No, not my type. Oh well back to the drawing board, or the boring drawed or what ever. Single.

New recruit

A passion past on. I've taught my new sister in law the ins and outs of my obsession, scrappin'. Tae is from Thai Land and this is her first visit to Australia. Tae enjoys the scrappin' immensely, so much that we had a day of scrap shopping and we went wild with embellishments, flowers, card stock, patterned papers, rubons and all the rest...Love it!!! It would be enough to put a smile on any ones dial. Well it has certainly made Tae smile anyway. My brother works away at the mines, and Tae is here waiting and waiting for his big THREE days off. To sit around for eleven days just waiting and waiting would put a lot of strain on a relationship. Since Tae has discovered how much time and fun is had whilst SCRAP BOOKING there is not so much waiting and waiting going on, but heaps of creating. Some of Tae's beautiful work so far....

Out with the Old and In with the New

Trading your old in for new is like taking a holiday. I traded in my old Konica Minolta digital for a New Panasonic FZ7 Lumix digital, and the change was brilliant. I now have 12 optical zoom and 6 megapixels, as opposed to 3.2 zoom and 2 megapixels. So many much more fabulous photos for me to SCRAP!
